Exercise during pregnancy is recommended but you must have trust in your instructor that they are both experienced and qualified. And you must have approval from your doctor before you start an exercise program when pregnant.

I have been teaching yoga, Pilates and fitness classes to women for over ten years. And many of those classes included prenatal and postpartum exercise classes.
