My postpartum training programs guide you with safe exercises to help you heal immediately after childbirth. No matter whether you had a caesarean or vaginal birth; whether you're two weeks postpartum or 2 years; I have a program to help you. My Core Rehab for Mamas program will provide you with expert guidance to help you re-connect, heal, and re-strengthen your postpartum body. And then when you are ready to lose the baby weight; my Stronger Mama challenges combine a blend of Pilates, yoga and vigorous workouts to help you achieve your goal.
