We use an APP platform called Kajabi so this is what you will see when downloading and logging in to the APP. Use the same login details for both the website and APP.
You can also access all content on your mobile device by simply logging in to the website. You do not have to use the APP, it all works perfectly fine on either the APP or the website.

I am Pregnant - Which Program is For Me?
If you are currently pregnant then my PregActive for Pregnancy program is for you.
You will find unique, customised workouts for every week of your pregnancy. I Have Had My Baby - Which Program is For Me?
No matter how long ago you had a baby (2 months, 6 month, 1 year) then my Core Rehab program is for you.
Your well-being is important. Your health matters! Once you have been approved for exercise by your doctor, I want you to start with my Core Rehab program.
What do you mean "proven method?"
PregActive has been helping pregnant and postpartum mamas since 2015. During that time we have created and constantly improved our program based on solid evidence from what works and what doesn’t. From all the feedback and testimonials we have received we know our program has proven to work for many women.
Is it too late to join PregActive?
Whether you are in your first, second or third trimester; it is never too late to start. My workouts will help you stay active each week and prepare your body for child-birth and post pregnancy. If you're already a mama, then our Core Rehab is a great place to start before moving on to our more intense FIT workouts.
I'm more than 12 months postpartum. Can I still join?
Absolutely. We have a lot of Mamas who did not get the opportunity to heal their bodies immediately after childbirth or within the first 12 months of motherhood and are only finding the time now. I want you to know that it is never too late to start healing your body.
We also have a large number of mums who have a prolapse, pelvic floor issues or separation and need the extra support that PregActive provides.

Studio PregActive is our online virtual fitness studio. Gain access to our classes and evidence based educational videos to empower you through pregnancy and motherhood.
My workouts have been designed so you do not need any equipment. But if you have some equipment, then I also have some classes for you that include workouts involving exercise balls, resistance bands and light weights.
