What DON'T I love about PregActive? Being a first mum and trying to get back on track with looking after myself again felt impossible with a new born.

PregActive's flexibility allowed me to get active and feel great again, not only physically but mentally and emotionally.

The moment I stepped foot in PregActive studio with my baby girl I felt so comfortable greeted by Kerryn and meeting other new mums and bubs.

The workout was so much fun and relaxing. It was so special working out with my 4 month old (literally).

She loved every moment too!

I walked away feeling great again, especially after everything my body went through after the labor.

Thank you Kerryn for being such a fun, vibrant instructor in a calm and comfortable environment and making it a relaxing experience.
