Hello beautiful,
How magical that by the end of this year you will have your baby in your arms, looking down at them and thinking - Wow! You're here.
I often tell my now 4-year-old and 6-year-old about how they were in my belly and then how they were a baby.
If it brings lightness to your situation, my 4-year-old asked my just the other day if I farted and then he came out of me as a baby.
Ha ha!
But I also do remember that exact place you are in right now. I remember being nervous myself. I remember the feeling of overwhelm felt so big, even though I had years and year training and theory before me, I hadn't been through birth myself.
And no one could give me the final answer.
The exact answer as to how it was going to go.
It's actually magical and empowering and incredible when you allow your body to do its thing.
People focus so much on preparing to be strong and enough, but the truth is, if you prepare your body and mind prior (through the PregActive classes as you are doing), then the biggest thing you need to do in birth is step to the side. To allow your body to do its thing.
And work WITH your body.
Your uterus will contract and it will push your baby down. Your hormones will fire and do the magic they do.
Let's flip your mindset as to not "how will I get through this" but "how can I help my body to do its magic".
My Free Active Birth Class is a great guide for any pregnant mama, and my complete Ultimate Birth Prep Course is there to help ease the nerves and leave you feeling fully prepared and ready for birth.
How do you feel after reading that?
Let's talk it through some more, I'm here for you.
