Every week we have new graduates from our Pregnancy and Postpartum Exercise Course and they are raving about their learning.

They love the varied learning, they love how comprehensive, yet achievable and easy learning the course is.

And I love readying their emails back to me, I can feel their excitement as they are ready to start helping pregnant women and new mothers achieve their health and fitness goals.

This new found confidence and knowledge is something I wish all fitness and health professionals had when it comes to helping pregnant women and new mothers in their journey.

It's why I will keep going, keep spreading the word and stay focused on educating and upskilling not only new and expecting mothers, but those that are close to them.

Whether it's your personal trainer, Pilates instructor or Yoga instructor, they need these skills. We have so many doulas and midwives doing our course. And it's not just the health professionals doing our course. We have Mothers doing this course with the dream to one day help other mothers.

This is not just another course, it's so much more than that.
