The PregActive Story
I started PregActive over five years ago when teaching in-studio prenatal and postpatum exercise classes. Since then, PregActive has gone on to become the leader in helping pregnant women and new mamas stay fit and healthy throughout their pregnancy and to heal and recover properly after childbirth. PregActive has allowed me to meet so many amazing mamas and I love having an online platform reach and connect with our inspiring and amazing mamas from all around the world.
