Where Do I to Start?

As a new mama I want you to start with my Core Rehab program. You can also do this core rehab program if you had your baby years ago. Once you have completed this and are ready to move on then you can choose the Stronger Mama Challenge or the 28 Day Pilates Challenge. Stay with Core Rehab until you have fully recovered after childbirth.

 

Core Rehab Program (New Mamas Start Here)

Your Core Rehab program consists of 12 progressive modules. Take your time! You can complete a module each week, or stay on that module for as long as you like before moving on to the next one. When you have some time, I have some educational content you can access below.

Stronger Mama Challenges

Each week you will have access to my innovative and challenging workouts. You get to choose your style of workout and sweat while working out with me in the comfort of your own home. These workouts will help you to lose weight and tone up. And re-gain your body confidence!
