As a new mama I want you to start with my Core Rehab program. You can also do this core rehab program if you had your baby years ago. Once you have completed this and are ready to move on; then you can choose the Stronger Mama Challenge or the 28 Day Pilates Challenge. Stay with Core Rehab until you have fully recovered afterĀ childbirth.
