Hi, I'm Kerryn Boyle

Published author and Co-Founder of PregActive.

I've been there: you're busy, time poor, yet you know that your own health is important. That's why I have designed a guided, realistic and achievable program to help you enjoy a more empowering pregnancy and to re-regain your body confidence after childbirth.

I'm a proud mama and a prenatal and postpartum exercise specialist. I love being a mother, caring for others and the beauty of being pregnant. I am here to look after you!

My Experience

I have over 10 years of extensive experience in women’s health and fitness and I am committed to helping women experience a healthier pregnancy.

My background includes holding a Bachelor Degree in Exercise and Sport Science as well as being a qualified Prenatal and Postnatal Pilates and Yoga instructor.

My expertise includes safe exercise during pregnancy and postnatal care. As well as recovery focusing on functional core strength, healing diastasis recti and pelvic floor restoration.

I have been helping women optimise their health and well-being before pregnancy, during pregnancy and by delivering postnatal exercise and recovery classes in our PregActive studio.
